Our fleet consists of comfortable sedans, station wagons and 7–8 seat minivans, plus minibuses for groups up to 16 people. All vehicles feature comfortable seats, air conditioning and space for light bags and foldable equipment. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitised regularly.

We can assist with folding wheelchairs and low-profile mobility aids: the companion helps to load and unload the chair and to position the person in the vehicle safely. For motorised wheelchairs or special requirements, please contact us before booking so we can assess the best solution together.

Before the service you will receive the driver's name, phone number and, when possible, a photo of the vehicle and the licence plate by SMS or e-mail. On arrival the driver will carry a sign with the name provided in the booking to make identification easier.

Yes, we accept bookings with short notice, subject to vehicle availability. For urgent requests it is always preferable to call the support number directly to get immediate confirmation.

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. Generally cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur penalties. For details consult the terms or contact customer service.

We accept various payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards via onboard POS, payment by online link (card/PayPal) and bank transfer for corporate bookings or invoices. Indicate your preferred method when booking.

Entering your card does not automatically result in a charge: it depends on the option chosen. If you pay online at the time of booking the amount will be charged. If you provide the card only as a guarantee, we may perform a pre-authorization or charge only at the end of the service; all conditions are specified before confirmation.

We maintain high hygiene standards: daily cleaning and sanitisation of vehicles, hand sanitiser available on board and use of personal protective equipment by staff when required. We follow current regulations and adapt procedures according to health authority recommendations.

Yes: when possible we assign the same operator for recurring requests. We will record your preference and do our best to respect it; in case of unavailability we will notify you and offer an alternative operator with the same skills.

Yes: on request we send confirmation of the completed service via SMS or e-mail, with arrival and departure times. For recurring plans we can enable periodic reports or real-time updates for authorised family members.
